Any chance to teach???

If some of you have information about private English and it need a teacher or "tentor", I want to try for applying it.

What semester are you in now?
Why do not try to join in teaching at English course. I think it is better rather than teach English private course. Indeed, we are difficult to develop if only teaching in private course because no body or colleague as a place for sharing. I felt like that before teaching at Briton, my English development was limited and low. I got a plenty of experience there because of always mingling (bergaul) and interacting with native and outstanding teachers.
I do not mean to say that private teaching is bad, once again …….is not. For the time being, I have been teaching in course private. I quit from Briton because of focusing on doing my research proposal for my future thesis and working at my department.
One year only I taught at Briton.
Actually, there were many people offered me to teach them at home, but I rejected because of getting difficulty in handling.
Well, do not worry…mate, I will inform you. Can I know what major you in? so, if there is a question, I can tell them.

ullah sultan and al_ghariby always use the term "mate" to address each other. Is that really what you wanna say? Mate means :1. marry partner 2. be in aggreement (tunangan) 3. Istri (for animal)

Maybe it's just a misconception from my very limited capability in English. but if this is true, hope you don't mind if I 'delete' them. I think it just improper, especially between ikhwan and akhwat to address each other like that, and further more in a islamic forum like this. waiting for your clarification.

My mistake is to use this expression in inappropriate context. I am use to using this expression with my native speaker friends……..
Mate is commonly used In Australia as a friend, especially if we do not know the person’s name………………..they just say……………hay ……..mate……
Also in America used as addressing a friend friendly, especially for man

From example, classmate or soul mate with means that "teman kelas" and "teman jiwa"

Eventhough you go with me (agree), we had better stop using “mate” term in order to avoid trouble in brotherhood (ukhuwah) and 100 % we are to (must) obey our leader in this forum, with pleasure I am always looking forward to receiving your correction and input from you all, because I realize that I am a layman (awam).
